We are seeking a reliable candidate who has a strong administration background to join their team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with shift time of 08.00-20.00 Our client, a Major blue chip distribution business will be open t taking on this role on a permanent basis for the right individual. You will be required to Process Orders De Brief of drivers Data Input Ensure all our clients processes are completed to adhere to strict compliance You will have a friendly, professional attitude and able to build a relationship with clients and colleagues alike. Immediate start required, Previous experience working with a Transport business would be advantageous.

You will hold: Valid HGV 1 Licence Valid CPC Card Valid Digital Tachograph Valid ADR Licence (6.1 & 6.2 Categories) You will be asked to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 18.00-06.00 This role may lead to a permanent position This role is local delivery and collection work and physical work may be involved. Transport Admin Customer Service

Pay: £12.80ph per hour
M8 Staffing have a fantastic opportunity for a Transport administrator to join our client in Bellshill. We are seeking a candidate who can work 4 on 4 off with start time of 08.00 until 17.00 This is a temp to perm role so we are only seeking candidates who can work full time hours and seeking full time employment. Duties Include - Dealing with incoming customer queries Discrepancies for collections / deliveries Answering phone calls Providing Rates Use of Manpack3 ( creating jobs , inputting discrepancies , use of trackers and other features) Investigations (missing pallets , issues etc) Light planning duties Previous Transport experience would be advantageous but not essential. Immediate starts available.
